Chi Kung has its origins in ancient oriental philosophy, Chinese medicine and martial arts. Traditional Chi Kung was handed down from master to student so has been practised for thousands of years.



Chi Kung's yin and yang sequences of exercise routines encourage good health and vitality; regular practice helps strengthen our immune systems and assists circulation & flexibility.

 

  • Developing full efficient abdominal breathing is calming and balancing and helps reduce stress.

  • Relaxing into stretches promotes a positive feeling of healthy well-being; develops body strength & awareness, mental focus, lightness of movement and ease.
